Karina Daoulatian, M.S., BCBA, LBA

I am a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), a clinical supervisor and a consultant. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at the University of Toronto and my Master of Science Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the Chicago School Professional Psychology, Los Angeles. I have over a decade of clinical experience across different populations and settings (i.e., school, in home, in the community). I have worked with children, adolescents, as well as adults with autism, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities. My passion is helping children and adults become the best versions of themselves and supporting families facilitate those goals.

Heather Depriest, M.A.
Clinical Supervisor, Quality Assurance Coordinator, Certified Parent Coach
I am a Clinical Supervisor, Coordinator, and Certified Parent Coach at Healthy Minds, with over 8 years of experience in behavior analysis. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from San Diego Christian College and a Master’s in Behavior Analysis from National University.
I specialize in supporting children and families through individualized interventions that promote communication, social skills, and emotional regulation. As a Certified Parent Coach, I integrate behavioral science with transformational parenting techniques to help families build stronger, more connected relationships.
In my coordinator role, I ensure treatment plans are effective, ethical, and aligned with best practices. I also mentor therapists, refine clinical documentation, and uphold high standards of care. My passion lies in guiding both parents and clinicians to create lasting, meaningful change, fostering growth and confidence in every family I support.

Sarine Hajjar, M.S., RBT
Clinical Supervisor
I am a Clinical Supervisor and RBT at Healthy Minds, with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. I have been working in the field of ABA since 2019, delivering services across a variety of settings including in-home, school-based, and telehealth environments.
My clinical experience includes implementing individualized interventions that support functional communication, adaptive living skills, and emotional regulation. I currently provide parent training as part of a collaborative approach that empowers families to support their child’s growth beyond session time.
As a supervisor, I am committed to upholding ethical, compassionate, and high-quality care. I take pride in mentoring new clinicians and promoting best practices to ensure meaningful, lasting outcomes for every client and family I support.
